Wesley Snipes plays an ex-assassin set up by his old bosses and pursued through London in this action thriller. Former sniper James Dial (Snipes) has carried around the ghosts of his last botched job ever since he failed to kill the leader of a worldwide terrorist group. After leaving the business and enduring a long exile in Montana, word gets out that the British government are holding the same terrorist in captivity; Dial is wooed back via the opportunity to make good on his initial failure. What Dial doesn't know is that he'll soon be framed for murder, putting him on the run in London's underbelly with the British police hot on his heels. Alone and distrustful, Dial claims only one ally: a twelve-year-old girl who aids him in hunting down proof of his innocence.

Nine year old Shruti is the only child of Mumbai-based Shrikant and Shweta, and is enrolled in a school in Bandra (West). One day, while rehearsing for a play, she is stranded in the rehearsal room. When the watchman returns, he lets her out, and drops her off at Bandra Railway Station. She attempts to telephone her mom, but gets the line busy, so she boards a Borivali bound local train in the ladies compartment. Because of the late hour, the compartment is nearly deserted, save for an elderly male, a woman, and a young girl. Three youth enter this compartment, lock the doors and windows, and gang-rape her. The other people are too terrified to do anything. The three youth, their task completed, leave the train at Malad Railway Station. When the train reaches Borivali, the male in the compartment makes an anonymous call to the police, who then arrive on the scene. When the news is revealed in the media, there is an uproar in Mumbai and the suburbs. Normally such matters are handled by the Railway Police, but taking account the publicity generated by this crime, the Mumbai Crime Branch and Inspector Krupa Shankar Thakur decide to get involved. The questions remain, will they be able to apprehend the three youth and stop them from committing another outrage, and will Shruti ever recover from this trauma and identify her assailants?

To begin with, Suhani (Priyamani) is seemingly traumatised by haunting memories. Paranoid and petrified, she is terrified with everyone. The cause of her fear is a mystery, but soon, the film goes in a flashback mode. As expected, way back some months ago, Suhani was a happy-go-lucky girl, daring enough to warn the oglers of stern action, if they continued to freeze the girls in their mobiles. Her friend (Keerthi Chawla) is all too happy being with her, until one day, when she calls her a whore, all for the sake of grabbing a job opportunity from her best buddy. Suhani is horrified at the sheer selfish and ulterior motives of someone whom she has always spent time with.
For a respectable girl like her, who hails from a middle-class family background, being taken to the police station and interrogated for suspected sexual felony, is a nightmarish experience and memory. Like a strong woman, she decides to put the ugly past behind her and move forward. It is then, when she bumps into Sandeep, who has already fallen in love with the pretty diva.
What follows is on expected lines. The guy pesters her, the girl tries to avoid him best. However, as expected again, Suhani gets attracted to Sandeep, and happens to spend a night with him. Much to her horror, Sandeep never takes her calls, after that night.
Why is Sandeep, who is in deep love with Suhani, avoiding her? Who is behind the exploitation of her best buddy, who is now mentally unsound? Will she ever find a way to come out of her fear psychosis (at present), and seek the pound of flesh from the villains behind?

Although it is a Hong Kong film, much of the dialogue is in English, particularly during communications between the Chinese characters and the Korean and Turkish characters.
